Engineering in the 21st century
What is happening to engineering in the US? With fewer students choosing the engineering path and every growing push to move work overseas, will the US lose it's technical edge?
I'm excited. Recentally a company has announced that it has been developing an electro-magentic valvetrain for vehicles. No more cams designed for a certian rpm. Have full power throughout the entire rpm band.
This is a good article. With the new energy requirements that the US government is putting on the automotive industry, I suspect we will see may performance changes over the next few months.
